Beyond the Classroom | Industrial Visit to Sona Comstar
As part of the industrial visit programme, the MBA (Finance) 2026–28 students of Arun Jaitley National Institute of Financial Management (AJNIFM) visited Sona Comstar on 28 August 2026, gaining first-hand exposure to how industry operates in the real world.
For MBA Finance students, the visit provided valuable insights into how financial planning, cost management, budgeting, investment decisions and operational efficiency are interconnected within a large manufacturing organisation. It helped students relate classroom concepts in corporate finance and financial management to practical business operations and understand how finance supports strategic decision-making across an organisation.
Such industry visits are an integral part of the MBA (Finance) programme at AJNIFM, enabling students to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world business practices.
