Ph.D. (Finance), MBA (Finance)
Presently serving as Assistant Professor (Finance & Accounts) and Training Co-ordinator in the MDP Cell at Arun Jaitley National Institute of Financial Management (AJNIFM). She holds a Doctorate Degree in Finance, specializing in International Finance and Financial Modelling from Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi. She has more than 16 years of teaching, training, administration, consultancy, publication, and research experience.
She has earlier worked with University of Delhi. She has also worked for UGC-sponsored projects at UG and PG level. She has contributed as an author for MOOC, a Ministry of Education project, National Mission on Education through ICT. She has participated in and presented research papers at seminars and conferences of national and international repute in India and abroad. She has authored book chapters for refereed publications. She had been a Programme Director / Coordinator of numerous Management Development Programmes organized for various central and state government officers including DoPT for All India Service Officers. The industry recognizes her as a resource person in the area of Financial Econometrics, Financial Modelling and Derivatives, Financial Management, and Investment Analysis and Portfolio Management.
She serves on the Editorial board of National and International Journals. She has organized Webinars, Seminars and Conferences in the past. As an academician, she also has participated in various conferences of national and international repute in the capacity of a Session Chair as well a presenter. She has contributed to the development of multiple iGOT modules under the Mission Karmayogi initiative of the Government of India.
